Use raw fruits and raw vegetables as much as you can, it will benefit you most.

Have your lunch if you are hungry and don’t do overeating. In lunch you can take cooked food but avoid fried and oily food, chapaties
and vegetable can be consumed, also have some fruits and salad in lunch.
Have your Dinner in the evening around 6-7 Pm. Do not take bread, vegetable etc until you are very hungry.
You can take vegetable soup or seasonal fruits. Eat fruit rather than taking juices of them.
Take at least 50-60 ml wheat grass juice once in a day.
For now you only use coconut, almond, cashew, white sesame, milk instead of taking packed milk. Soak almond, cashew or white sesame in water and make its paste in morning in grinder. Add water to that paste so you can drink it like milk. This milk cannot be heated.
All Refined Food or drinks, SUGAR, Refined Salt (Salt) and any Refined Oil, Packed Food which shows its expiry should have to leave. Take only fresh fruits, vegetables or homemade fresh food.
